I meet Chris when I was left in a bad situation with another contractor. My new construction home had been left sitting for months less than half finished. Chris and his crew took on the difficult task to finish the house. He got right to work making a plan to get the job done. His knowledge of construction and running his crew is impeccable. I HAVE LIGHT !!! Couldn’t be happier with my decision in hiring Olson Construction to do my roof with skylight. Chris, Shannon and crew are all extremely kind and courteous and very professional and the outcome is just beautiful. They are also one of the few contractors that finish the inside or the trim of the skylight in the house. I love my new roof and they even did my shed.

Chris and the team did a ton of work on my home for a reasonable price. It was an estate sale at a discounted purchase price which needed a lot of TLC. They handled: New roof Painted exterior, 2 coats Painted exterior trim and shutters Sanded and stained older wooden deck so it looks much better Painted detached garage Installed flooring in laundry room Installed new kitchen. Even the stuff they didn’t do, granite counter tops, I used his recommendation on a supplier, which was also 100% spot on. Also, the new appliances from Lowe’s, they installed the dishwasher and microwave as that had to be done after kitchen counters were installed. They were on time, neat, with, no extra costs, hidden charges, or surprises. Thanks for a job well done!
